COOPERATION TERMS
We are open to technological and industrial partnerships in the field of hydrogen and hybrid energy for industry and logistics. Below are transparent rules on 'how we work'.
1. PILOT PROJECTS ON REAL OBJECTS/POLYGONS
- Goal: test the hypothesis in a real environment
- Coverage: 1-3 units of equipment/sites, limited set of KPIs
- Result: efficiency report + scaling roadmap
2. JOINT R&D AND PROTOTYPING
- Joint team, shared experimental plan, TR milestones
- Result: prototype/demo stand, testing methodology, patent strategy
3. TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION/LICENSING
- Module supply (H₂, electronics, software), adaptation, training
- Result: integrated node/solution at partner's site, SLA for support
4. CONSORTIA AND GRANT PROJECTS
- Proposal preparation, role and budget distribution, risk management
- Result: funded program with clear KPIs and reporting
What we offer
- Expertise: systems engineering H₂, power electronics, IIoT/telematics, process safety.
- Infrastructure: access to test benches/polygons, measuring equipment, data loggers.
- Rapid pilot methodology: hypothesis → requirements → MVP → testing → report → scaling.
- Artifacts (at each stage): requirements, pilot plan, risk matrix, test protocols, KPI report, recommendations.
- Support: staff training, documentation, service and spare parts according to the agreed list.
Partner expectations
- Business context: task, economic effect, constraints (timelines, access window, seasonality).
- Access and resources: facility/equipment, personnel for admission, windows for installation/measurements, safe work area.
- Data: telemetry/lines/energy balance in agreed formats (CSV/JSON/OPC-UA).
- Responsible parties: product owner (with decision-making authority) and technical curator on site.
- Regulatory compliance: safety, permits, training, PPE, local procedures.
Legal framework
- NDA: before data exchange/access.
- R&D/pilot/supply contract: subject, scope, deadlines, liability, insurance.
- Intellectual property: source IP retained; joint results - co-ownership; licensing - by separate agreement.
- Publicity: press releases/cases/publications - only by mutual agreement.
- Compliance: export control, sanctions checks, component origin.
Terms and financing
- Onboarding (1-2 weeks): brief, data audit, risks, requirements, pilot plan.
- Pilot (6-12 weeks): installation/integration, data collection, testing, analysis.
- Final 1-2 weeks: report, results defense, scaling roadmap.
- Payment model: fixed / T&M / mixed; for grants - co-funding.
- Options: milestone payment, bonus-malus for achieving KPIs (by agreement).
Work stages (end-to-end process)
- Application and brief → goals, hypotheses, constraints, target KPIs.
- Technical session → interfaces, measurement plan, safety regulations.
- Requirements and pilot plan → work list, schedule, acceptance points, stop criteria.
- Deployment → installation, software/sensor integration, data channel verification.
- Testing and measurements → launch, telemetry collection, control runs, event log.
- Analytics and report → KPI verification, conclusions, scaling recommendations.
- Scaling (opt.) → roll-out, training, SLA.
